Position Summary
The CSR is essentially the customer-facing coordinator between our client and its customers. The posting describes the person as the first point of contact for clients and emphasizes professional communication, responsiveness and problem resolution.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries by phone, email and in person
- Assisting customers with account-related questions and concerns
- Resolving customer issues in a timely manner
- Managing customers and orders
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Performing data-entry activities
- Following up on customer requests
- Communicating with internal team members to resolve customer issues
- Supporting overall client service
- Analyzing customer feedback and trends to improve service delivery
- Maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Qualifications
- Previous customer-service or office experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with data entry
- Ability to work effectively with customers and internal personnel
- Aerospace customer-portal experience preferred
- Experience in client services/support is a plus.
