Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of tax associates while remaining actively involved in client work
- Provide strategic tax consulting and advisory services to individuals and businesses
- Review and manage complex tax returns and tax planning engagements
- Identify tax-saving opportunities and implement proactive strategies
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting or tax advisory services
- Active CPA certification (required)
- Strong experience with individual and business tax returns
