Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outside Sales Representative in the North Carolina and South Carolina region. The key responsibilities include selling bulk Material Handling Systems in both Screw Conveyor and belt idlers, gear grid, and elastomeric couplings and conveyor components. Additional responsiblities include generating leads and developing new business opportunities, cultivating and maintaining relationships with distribution, end user and OEM clients, delivering sales presentations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaborating closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and contributing to the company's growth in the Power Transmission and Automation market.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Presentations and New Business Development
- Strong skills in Relationship Building and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
- Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Power Transmission or Automation industries is highly reccommended

- Previous outside sales experience mandatory, a least 3 years

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage
