What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Cheerleading Coach position at TGA of Conejo Valley?
Job Summary
TGA Premier Sports runs a national cheer program that specializes in at-school after school enrichment classes as well as summer camps for elementary/middle school students. We are looking for individuals who have flexible schedules and are available in the afternoons.
We are looking for both assistant and lead instructors. Hours vary anywhere from 1 - 10 hours per week.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Must be enthusiastic and love working with and teaching children
- Ability to step out of your comfort zone and be a kid
- Available anywhere in the afternoons from 1:00pm - 5:30pm each week and have a reliable source of transportation
- Experience working with, teaching and coaching children
- Passion for cheerleading, physical fitness and sports
- Previous cheerleading instruction experience is not required just a passion for the game or sports in general; TGA provides curriculum training
Qualifications and Skills
This position is ideal for part-time workers, retirees, high school & college students, stay at home moms, teachers and anyone else with a flexible schedule and passion for working with kids! TGA employees also have the opportunity to work at weekend events, clinics, camps, leagues and tournaments. We are looking for instructors to begin training and coaching immediately and in the future.
