Position Details
- Full-time OTR Team Driving
- FedEx Ground terminal-to-terminal routes
- 100% Drop & Hook — No Touch Freight
- Long-haul highway miles with minimal delays
- Reliable dispatch and steady year-round freight
Pay & Home Time
- Earn $1,400–$2,300 per week per driver
- Flexible home time options:
- 15 days out / 5 days home
- 3 weeks out / 1 full week home
- Team matching assistance available if you need a co-driver
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A License
- Minimum OTR experience required
- Clean MVR
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Doubles/Triples Endorsement required (or obtained before start)
- No DUIs in the last 10 years
- No major violations or felony convictions
