Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with repair and maintenance of equipment, tooling & machinery
- Skilled in written and verbal communication.
- Must be able to use small hand tools
- Must be able to stoop, bend, kneel & twist.
- Must be able to lift/move 25 lbs. regularly; may occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs.
- Skilled with Lathe, Mill, Surface Grinder
but only with assistance from other team
members or mechanical equipment.
- Strong math and blue print reading skills. Tool & Die experience.
- 5 years Maintenance Machinist Experience
Responsibilities:

1.
Perform maintenance and repair of plant equipment, machinery and tooling including mold preparation, pre-production and production tooling & fixture fabrication.
2.
Mold Tuning and Trouble Shooting Molds
3.
Perform overall maintenance for buildings, equipment, grounds and machinery.
4.
Work with subcontractors as directed.
5.
Analyze maintenance failures for trends and implement countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
6.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
7.
Ensure EMS / QMS procedures are followed in performance of job duties.
