What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maint TM IV position at TG Automotive Sealing Kentucky LLC?
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Basic understanding of electrical / electronic machinery, controls
- Skilled in computer usage including Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of electrical and motor controls
- Experience with maintenance management software.
- Basic knowledge of mold cleaning, mold change out & setup of parameters.
- Must be able to stoop, bend, kneel and twist
- Basic experience in manufacturing maintenance (hydraulics, pneumatics and fabrication).
- Must be able to lift/move 25 lbs. regularly; may occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs. but only with assistance from team members or mechanical equipment
- Knowledge of using dry ice blasting machines, sand blasting cabinets.
- Must be able to use small hand tools
Responsibilities:

1.
Perform PM maintenance and repair of plant equipment, machinery and tooling including mold preparation, pre-production and production tooling and fixture fabrication
2.
Perform all PM maintenance on molds, equipment & facilities as needed.
3.
Work with subcontractors and manufacturing maintenance as needed
4.
Assist and analyze maintenance failures on molding processes for tends and implement countermeasures to prevent recurrence
5.
Assist in ordering and reordering spare parts
6.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
7.
Perform other duties, work overtime and different shifts as assigned by supervisor
8.
Ensure EMS / QMS procedures are followed in performance of job duties
