What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Staff position at TG Administration LLC?
Harrison Meadows Country Club is hiring a seasonal position for their Maintenance Staff! Provides daily repair and maintenance services for all aspects of the operation, including offices, public spaces, restroom facilities, grounds and other areas as required. There is opportunity for the position to become a year round employment.
Pay Range: $16.50-$20.00/hour
Essential Duties:
¨ Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas with in the operation including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
¨ Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
¨ Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
¨ Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.
¨ Regular and reliable attendance
¨ Performs other duties as required.
Education/Experience:
Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Physical Demands:
Frequently uses hands, reaches with hands and arms. Regularly climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, stands, walks, sits. Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds.
Environment/Noise:
Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles. Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.
Certificates/Licenses:
No certifications or licenses are required.
