You will:Team Leadership & Operations: Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the Driver Ambassador team, ensuring all routes are covered efficiently and safely.Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for new and existing drivers on company policies, safety, and best-in-class customer service.Performance Management: Monitor driver performance, provide constructive feedback, and assist in conduct ride-alongs to foster a high-performing team.Fleet Health: Ensure the vehicle fleet is charged, well-maintained, and ready for service, coordinating daily opening and closing checklists.Brand Advocacy: Serve as a primary Brand Ambassador, ensuring all drivers positively represent our sponsors.
