TForce Freight- Kansas City

This position will be for TForce Freight’s Kansas City terminal which is located conveniently near the juncture of Interstates70 and 635.. TForce Freight’s main office is headquartered in Richmond, VA. As part of the recent acquisition, TForce Freight aims to purchase another 1,200 new tractors to provide our drivers with a safe and comfortable experience while on the road by the end of 2021. All of our Long Haul and Sleeper tractors are being updated to include the latest collision-mitigation and forward facing safety technology.

CITY DRIVER - We are hiring individuals to work as Full-Time City Drivers. This position involves the driving of a tractor-trailer and the daily pick-up and delivery of freight from numerous commercial and residential customers on a given route.

Requirements

• Road Drivers must pass a DOT physical and successfully pass a road test.
• Qualified applicants must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with Hazmat, Twin Trailer, and Tanker endorsements, issued by this state.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• Applicants must meet the Department of Transportation (DOT) and TForce Freight mental and physical requirements.
• Must be physically and mentally able to safely perform the essential job functions without risk of injury to the employee or co-workers.
• Pick-Up & Delivery Drivers are expected to comply with our appearance policy.
