Pricing Customer Experience Leadership & Analysis
- Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of pricing strategies across Customer Experience teams such as Freight Bill Entry, Account Establishment & Maintenance, Rating, Account Resolution and Pricing Audit functions.
- Prepare, compile, analyze, and evaluate data from multiple Pricing systems to support decision‑making, long‑range business planning, and pricing processes. Conduct advanced analysis of industry best practices, customer behavior and pricing process effectiveness.

Project Management & Execution
- Oversee complex, cross‑functional pricing projects from inception through implementation, including process development, pricing workflow modernization and system transitions.
- Track project milestones, maintain performance metrics, and provide high‑level reporting and insights to leadership teams. Lead or participate in special projects driven by evolving company needs or business conditions.

Mentorship, Leadership & Cross‑Functional Influence
- Serve as a primary resource and mentor to less‑experienced team members, providing clear direction, structured coaching, and professional development guidance.
- Foster collaboration across functions to support successful execution of strategic and tactical initiatives. Represent the Customer Experience function independently in cross‑departmental discussions, task forces, and executive reviews.

Process Improvement & Change Management
- Drive pricing workflow improvements, and process optimization across the pricing lifecycle. Assist in transitioning legacy pricing systems, supporting modernization and integration initiatives related to pricing tools, account establishment, and TMS platforms.

Compliance & Additional Duties
- Ensure all pricing processes and reporting activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Perform additional duties as required based on business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5 years of pricing, revenue management, or freight operations experience, including 2 years in a leadership or project management role preferred.
- Advanced analytical and critical‑thinking skills with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all management levels.
- Strong project‑management capability, able to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines independently.
