Job Title: Coordinator, Specialized Solutions Support
Job Summary
The Specialized Solutions Support role ensures the on-time status of in-network and out of network shipments that are secured through the Specialized Solutions Sales team.
Job Responsibilities
- Tracks shipments using TForce Freight systems as well as partner carrier systems.
- Communicates with TForce Freight Service Center personnel to ensure delivery compliance.
- Communicates with partner carrier operations staff to ensure delivery compliance.
- Verifies billing information and initiates corrections as needed.
- U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
- Currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent- Preferred
