Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our janitorial team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment. This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and clean outdoor spaces, including lawns, gardens, and walkways
- Mow, trim, and edge grass areas
- Remove weeds and debris from landscaping beds and pathways
- Water plants, shrubs, and trees as needed
- Ensure all landscaping equipment is well-maintained and functional
- Adhere to safety protocols while operating equipment
- Assist with other landscaping tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle physical tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors in an active environment
- Must consent to a background check (Initiated after prescreen and interview)
