About the Role
As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and organized facilities for our commercial clients. Daily responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas; vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and trash removal; and ensuring assigned facilities consistently meet company quality standards. This role requires dependability, strong time-management skills, and the ability to work independently while providing outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities

Facility Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, offices, and common areas.

Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum various flooring surfaces to keep them looking pristine.

Waste Removal: Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring all waste is disposed of properly.

Upkeep: Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is organized and in good working order.

Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all safety, chemical handling, and cleaning protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements

Autonomy: Proven ability to work efficiently and stay on task with minimal supervision.

Experience: Commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
