Landscape Crew Lead
Top Flight Maintenance is seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Lead to lead a small team delivering high-quality commercial landscape maintenance throughout Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming.
This is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll spend most of your day working alongside your crew, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with our quality standards. From time to time, you may assist with minor facility maintenance or basic handyman tasks as business needs require, but landscape operations are the primary focus of this role.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and work alongside a commercial landscape crew.
- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, weed control, and seasonal landscape maintenance.
- Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Train, coach, and support crew members.
- Ensure work is completed on schedule and meets company quality standards.
- Communicate with management regarding job progress, materials, and equipment needs.
- Perform minor handyman or maintenance tasks at company facilities or client sites when needed.
- Promote a safe, positive, and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous commercial landscape maintenance experience required.
- Previous crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience operating commercial landscape equipment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
