Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Vernon Hills, IL. The Physical Therapist will evaluate clients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to support rehabilitation and performance goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, delivering manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, educating clients on injury prevention and home programs, and documenting treatment progress in a timely and accurate manner. The role involves close collaboration with trainers and other team members to ensure coordinated care, participation in case discussions, and contribution to a positive, client-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid Illinois Physical Therapist license required
- Experience with relationship building and community marketing preferred
- Strong work ethic and commitment to patient outcomes and team success
- Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills
- Public speaking or community outreach experience preferred
- Detail-oriented, motivated, and self-driven professional
