TFG is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Parts Sales Representative to join our growing parts sales division. This role is responsible for developing new customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, following up on sales opportunities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and passionate about building long-term customer partnerships. Parts Sales Representatives will work closely with customers and internal teams to identify opportunities, support customer needs, and drive profitable sales growth while demonstrating TFG's core values of People First, Forward Thinking, and Whatever It Takes.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prospect new business opportunities while developing and growing existing customer accounts.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through proactive communication, follow-up, and exceptional service.
- Prepare, manage, and follow up on quotes to maximize sales opportunities and drive profitable growth.
- Identify opportunities to increase parts sales through product recommendations, replacement parts, and value-added solutions.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse, Service, and Operations to support customer needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline information within the CRM to support sales forecasting and reporting.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, account management, customer service, or relationship management preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable managing multiple customer relationships and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and business communication tools.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to use a computer, phone, and other standard office equipment.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
