Media Director/Business Development Lead

TFG Media is a rapidly growing media company founded by the owners of TFG Mortgage. What began as a content and branding platform focused on real estate professionals, mortgage professionals, and referral partners is evolving into a full-service media company serving businesses both locally and nationwide.

We're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial leader who sees the opportunity to help build something from the ground up. This is not a traditional corporate role. Tomorrow, we envision TFG Media becoming a leading media and content agency serving businesses across multiple industries throughout the country. We already have talented videographers, equipment, and production capabilities in place. What we need now is the right leader to help build, scale, and drive the business forward.

We are seeking a Media Director / Business Development Lead who combines creativity with business acumen. This person will help oversee content production, work directly with clients, identify growth opportunities, develop new revenue streams, and help establish TFG Media as a premier content and branding company. The ideal candidate understands that great content is only part of the equation when the real value is helping clients grow their businesses.

• Lead the day-to-day growth and operations of TFG Media
• Develop relationships with real estate professionals, mortgage professionals, local businesses, and strategic partners
• Help create and execute content strategies for clients as we grow
• Direct video shoots and oversee content production
• Shoot and edit video content when needed
• Manage and coordinate videographers, editors, and creative resources
• Identify new business opportunities and revenue channels
• Assist with sales, client acquisition, and account management
• Build systems and processes that allow the company to scale
• Represent the TFG Media brand in the marketplace
• Collaborate with ownership on long-term vision and growth initiatives

• Experience in video production, content creation, marketing, media, or branding
• Strong understanding of social media and content strategy
• Ability to shoot high-quality video content
• Entrepreneurial mindset and business development experience
