Our QIDP/QMHP job description consist of but is not limited to, Provide program oversight, risk assessment, conduct Chris investigations, Ensure that progress notes, quarterlies and annuals are completed and written towards the individuals goals and out comes. Keep the program in compliance with licensing, HCBS the DOJ settlement rules and human rights.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
