Key Responsibilities
- Meet with business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers to understand their benefits needs
- Recommend insurance solutions that fit client budgets and goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide outstanding service and follow-up support
- Use CRM tools to track and manage your pipeline
- Participate in weekly training and team meetings
