What You'll Do

• Build relationships with local business owners and organizational leaders
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with decision-makers
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate employee benefit solutions
• Manage and grow a designated sales territory
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Participate in ongoing sales and leadership development programs
• Contribute to team growth while achieving individual performance goals

Who We're Looking For

• 1 year of sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Belief in the value of face-to-face interactions and consultative selling
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Goal-oriented with a desire for personal and professional growth
• Ability to commute within the Kansas City area
• Willingness to work in a field-based, in-person environment
