What You'll Do
- Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to discuss benefit solutions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Educate clients on available supplemental health benefit options
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with prospective clients
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development programs
