Job Summary:
Texwin is looking for a highly motivated and competitive Dealer Sales Representative to grow and manage a regional dealer network. As the Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our company in the territory — finding new display locations, supporting dealers, training teams, and helping customers get the right building at the right time. This role is salaried with commission
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage dealer network and grow through recruiting new dealers and training existing dealers
- Lead the setup of new dealer locations, ensuring appropriate physical displays and other marketing materials.
- Ensure all dealers represent the manufacturer’s brand accurately, including the proper use of logos and the maintenance of onsite display models.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers to resolve issues or complex custom quotes.
- Assist in best practices for closing sales and marketing.
- Monitor KPIs and goals for each dealer and the region as a whole.
- Provide support to dealers, installers and manufacturing partners to ensure smooth operations
- Overnight Travel Required - must visit existing dealers on a routine basis and frequently travel to meet new prospects, recruit and build relationships in the region
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in pre-fab metal buildings, carports, garages, etc. a PLUS
- Proficient with software such as Microsoft Office, social media tools, and CRM software
