In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, repairing, and servicing HVAC systems, refrigeration units, plumbing fixtures, and mechanical equipment. Your expertise will ensure optimal operation of heating and cooling systems while providing exceptional field service to clients. Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals related to HVAC design and mechanical systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of mechanical equipment to identify issues before they escalate, ensuring continuous operation.
• Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance on related systems to support HVAC functionality.
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to diagnose electrical problems and repair mechanical components.
• Assist with property maintenance tasks involving appliance repair, boiler servicing, and ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Document all service activities accurately in logs and reports while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems.
• Mechanical knowledge encompassing boilers, refrigeration cycles, plumbing systems, and appliance repair.
• Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, and field service procedures.
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools including ohmmeters and welding equipment effectively.
• Experience with property maintenance tasks such as equipment repair and general mechanical work.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving vehicles is a plus.
• Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems and experience working with HVAC/R equipment is highly desirable.
