Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.
Responsibilities:
Research technical writing practices in the industry as well as with our top competitors.
Provide recommendations concerning improvements to technical communication techniques.
Collaborate with engineering and other departments to identify communication gaps and present a plan for improvement.
Update Owner’s Manuals, Parts Manuals, and Field Kit Install instructions with updates from engineering.
Create visually appealing lay-outs and images that will be sent to TSV customers.
Other Projects as needed in the department.
Education: Pursing a bachelor’s degree in engineering
GPA: 3.0 GPA or higher required
Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
