Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all service activities to meet customer schedules and goals.
• Manage daily, weekly and monthly performance against established financial goals and metrics.
• Check and report on status of service and act to eliminate delays and parts shortages.
• Manage workforce headcount, schedules (time off request, attendance), payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
• Manage accurate inventory levels and part tracking, timely completion of invoicing for service and parts, and procurement for inventory and expense items.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement opportunities and employee training needs.
• Drive root cause corrective action problem solving initiatives to achieve improved safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Ensure adequate supply of tools, equipment, and materials for efficient location operations.
• Assist with recommendations regarding workplace layouts, service methods and efficiencies by auditing operations to improve service flow and reduce costs.
• Responsible for accounts receivable collections.
• Ensure all date entry into secondary systems is completed timely and ensure compliance on service level agreements pertaining to the scheduling of service.
• Foster talent development by supporting career path planning, management of performance objectives, engagement, training, and onboarding of new hires.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field and 5 years of relevant experience required In Lieu of degree, High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of relevant experience required
• Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite
• Must possess a valid driver license and comply with TSV pool, fleet, and DOT policies
• Must be able to obtain an airport issued ID badge
  
  

Textron’s compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $85,200 - $158,200 per year. Applications are accepted for this position on an ongoing basis.
