Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
Years of Experience: ClerOff II: 2 or More Years of Relevant Experience required. ClerOff III: 4 or more years of Relevant Experience required.
Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Salesforce required. Previous experience with customer secondary systems preferred.
Additional Requirements: Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport issued ID Badge.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for full-cycle customer daily invoicing activities, to include but not limited to local parts sales, service invoicing, and more.
- Assists with local system administrative activities, such as employee and asset data entry.
- Coordinates receiving activities by storing and stocking materials in their proper locations while ensuring system accuracy.
- Ensures inventory accuracy by conducting frequent cycle counts and material aging assessments.
- Completes daily data entries in customer secondary software.
- Supports local and organizational leadership with end of month activities. To include, but not limited to inventory reports, productivity, and invoicing summaries.
- Assists leadership with customer follow-up regarding aging accounts receivable as required.
- Coordinate badging system processes and audits through site specific authorities.
- Maintain and order department supplies and materials while ensuring the organization and cleanliness of the general office appearance.
