We are hiring immediately a full-time Pilot Owner Services Crew member as part of our Flight Operations support for owners.

- Enhance Ownership Experience: Deliver expert guidance on Citation and King Air systems, avionics, and flight characteristics, ensuring owners enjoy a premium experience
- Serve as Primary Liaison: Act as the key point of contact between owners and Textron Aviation, representing all parties fairly and maintaining clear communication on operational control
- Ensure Safe, Efficient Operations: Communicate Pilot-in-Command responsibilities, uphold safety standards, and optimize aircraft utilization for domestic and international travel
- Maintain Airworthiness & Compliance: Perform thorough preflight and postflight inspections, coordinate maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with FAA, ICAO, and MNPS/RVSM/RNP standards
- Manage Flight Activities & Training: Monitor flight schedules for adherence to operational guidelines, maintain currency for all phases of operations, and attend required training programs
- Handle Administrative & Logistical Duties: Maintain flight logs, update navigation systems, manage required documentation, and assist with light aircraft care and coordination of crew schedule
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Aerospace, or related field preferred
- In lieu of degree, a minimum of 3 years of aviation industry experience is required
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification with demonstrated skills exceeding minimum standards
- FAA First Class Medical and ability to obtain a valid U.S. passport
- 3,000 total logged flight hours, including 1,000 hours in turboprop, turbofan, or turbojet aircraft
- International operating experience and familiarity with Citation or King Air products preferred
- FAA Flight Instructor Certification a plus
- Strong knowledge of FAA and ICAO regulations, with ability to maintain training and currency requirements
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet customer insurance requirements
