To assemble and perform mechanical adjustments and repairs on precision composite aircraft seats.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of diversified bench assembly operations and mechanical adjustments and
- Installs seat control mechanisms, arm and head rests, seat belts, life vests, drawers, etc.
- Installs precisions swivel, recline and slide apparatus. Makes adjustments as necessary
- Disassembles, reassembles, and assures proper operation after complete paint and upholstery
- Troubleshoots and performs mechanical adjustments and repairs on aircraft seats once they
- Requires using power tools such as sanders, rivet guns, air drills, air screwdrivers and hand tools
- Responsible for the quality of own work.
- Performs other related duties as required
