The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Content Creator Intern to help capture photo and video content across active

residential painting job sites in the Cleveland area.

This is a for-credit internship designed for someone who wants hands-on experience shooting

in real environments.

You’ll be documenting projects: prep, process, transformations, crews, and customers. The

content you capture will be used across our website, social media, and advertising.

Your job is simple and important: show up, represent the brand well, and capture content

we’re proud to use.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to job sites across the Cleveland area
• Capture photo and video of interior, exterior, and cabinet painting projects
• Shoot before/during/after transformations, b-roll, and vertical video
• Capture testimonials, team interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Manage and organize your media files (uploading, tagging, backing up)
• Edit short-form video and photos for web and social use
• Follow creative direction while adapting to real-world environments
• Communicate clearly with the team before and after shoots

What You Bring

• Comfort using a camera in real, on-site environments
• Strong people skills—you’re easy to work with and professional
• Reliability—you show up on time and follow through
• Basic editing ability (Premiere, Lightroom, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.)
• A genuine interest in photography, video, and content creation

Non-Negotiables

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university
• Must be able to receive academic credit for the internship
• Must have reliable transportation to job sites across Cleveland

Bonus (Not Required)

• Prior experience with photography or videography work
• Experience shooting short-form content (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
• Familiarity with content planning or social media
