POSITION SUMMARY:
- Completion of an accredited paramedic program.
- 1 year experience as a Paramedic in a pre-hospital or hospital environment preferred.

Licensed Paramedic (LP) or Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic (EMT-P) in the state of Texas required.
BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider course according to RQI program guidelines and all required
Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) Healthcare Provider courses will be provided during new hire orientation or
upon transfer, and must be completed prior to working in a clinical setting. Handle With Care within 6 months of hire.
Must demonstrate arrhythmia competency by 90% score on testing within 90 days. - Interfaces with various healthcare workers as well as with physicians, patients and family members.
