Looking for an ACHC Accredited & Home Care Elite top 25% Home Health Agency to work for?
LVN Field Nurse position immediately available for Killeen, Copperas Cove and surrounding areas.
- TexMed is seeking an LVN Field Nurse in Temple and surrounding areas.
- LVNs provide skilled nursing and will be required to report patient care, condition, and progress to patients' physician and DON on a continual basis.
- TexMed is looking for an Independant worker with strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills to add to our wonderful team.
- Home Health experience and use of HCHB preferred but not required.
- Current CPR certification and reliable insured transportation required.
- Full time or position available.
- LVN will provide follow-up skilled nursing visits for home health patients which may include wound care and IV's. On call rotation every 4-5 weeks may be required.
Qualifications
- LVN current license
- Minimum of one year nursing experience preferred
- Home Health experience a plus
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
