Marketing & Sales Associate Position Summary:
Our managers will work hands-on with our sales and marketing teams in order to develop unique strategies to increase lead generation. You’ll have the opportunity to work with customers one-on-one to craft the best solutions to meet their needs. Our training is designed to teach and effectively train our team to oversee more campaign management so we can fulfill our clients' demand for growth. You will be able to work closely with others and have the ability to manage multiple team members along with territories.
Marketing & Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing materials and strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Act as Brand Ambassador for our top client account
- Provide exceptional customer service during presentations, ensuring a positive experience for all small business owners.
- Conduct product demonstrations and gather feedback for future improvements.
- Enhance brand acquisition KPI's and aid in growth of market share and revenue
- Provide follow-up after the point of sale to ensure customer engagement
- Build lasting customer relationships by demonstrating the value of specific products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts and maximize impact.
- Oversee a sales team of 4-8 people and conduct training and coaching efforts to improve performance
Marketing & Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Ability to work within a team environment and communicate effectively with other people
- Develop effective marketing strategies that line up with the overall goal of the client
- Lead and manage teams and multiple territories on our marketing campaign
- Excellent organizational skills and highly effective communicator - oral and written
- Ability to build, establish, and protect relationships
- Self-motivation and determination to develop
- Open to training within the marketing and communication fields
