Job Title:
Overview: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a
Duties:
- Perform fraud prevention detection activities to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their financial needs
- Utilize customer relationship management tools to maintain accurate customer records
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and handling cash
- Conduct basic math calculations to ensure accurate financial transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fraud prevention detection or financial services is preferred
- Proficient in 10 key typing for efficient data entry
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent cash handling skills and attention to detail
- Basic math skills for accurate financial transactions
