About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Loan Officer who combines sharp credit acumen, strong business development instincts, and the confidence to handle complex commercial relationships. In this role, you’ll be a key driver of our commercial lending growth, originating quality loans, deepening relationships, and serving as a senior resource within the department.
You won’t be managing a team, but you will be a go-to expert: someone others look to for guidance, insight, and leadership-by-example. This is a high-impact role designed for a seasoned producer who’s ready to take on sophisticated lending opportunities and help shape the direction of our commercial portfolio.
What You’ll Be Up To:
- Originate, structure, and close high-quality commercial loans across a variety of industries
- Serve as a senior resource and mentor to Commercial Business Officers when complex credits arise
- Drive business development efforts and expand commercial relationships within the community
- Identify, monitor, and assist in resolving problem loans with sound mitigation strategies
- Collaborate on department initiatives and contribute to key projects that enhance lending processes
- Foster strong, lasting relationships with members, partners, and vendors
- Uphold a standard of efficiency, growth, and exceptional service in every interaction
