What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Service Agent position at TEXELL CREDIT UNION?
Texell Credit Union, named one of the BEST credit unions to work for in the nation by 'American Banker,' is seeking a Full-Time Member Service Agent onsite in our Contact Center at our Temple, TX headquarters location.
As a Member Service Agent, you will:
- Thrive in a never dull, fast-paced environment, answering 12 calls per hour.
- Strive for one-call resolution while responding to member inquiries. Be empowered to identify problems and troubleshoot member concerns.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, take notes while on the call, complete research requests, and resolve discrepancies.
- Educate our members on Texell's products and services. It is our responsibility to inform our members on all the great things Texell has to offer! In doing so, you could earn uncapped monthly incentives!
We are looking for someone who:
- Reliable to both our members and our team. We depend on attendance, and we need people we can count on.
- Can work in office at our Temple Headquarters.
- Must have open availability to work throughout the week and every other Sat.
- Has previous call center experience. Being on the phone for 8 hours a day is very different from working a retail job!
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment. There are lots of moving parts, and we need someone who can juggle multiple tasks at once as efficiently and accurately as possible.
