About the role:
We’re on the hunt for a Commercial Sales Manager who’s equal parts strategic leader, loan expert, and people-first motivator. In this role, you won’t just guide the team—you’ll grow it. You’ll shape the commercial lending strategy, mentor Business Officers, and personally contribute to loan production like the pro you are.
This isn’t just a management role. It’s a high-impact, roll-up-your-sleeves kind-of-position, where you’ll lead by example, drive growth, tackle tough loans, and ensure our commercial lending department runs like a well-oiled (and well-funded) machine.
What You’ll Be Up To:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Commercial Business Officers
- Own and execute the commercial department’s business development strategy
- Originate new commercial loans—because you’re not just managing, you’re producing
- Identify and manage problem loans while minimizing delinquency risk
- Oversee key projects and help bring new initiatives to life
- Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, partners, and clients
- Be a champion of efficiency, growth, and exceptional service
