Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear communication and positive interactions.
- Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments, update data entry records, and coordinate freight logistics.
- Assist customers with shipping & receiving requests, including scheduling deliveries, and resolving shipment discrepancies.
- Support dispatching activities by coordinating with fleet management teams using GPS and transportation planning tools to optimize routes and delivery schedules.
- Enter accurate data related to freight movements, inventory status, and supply chain activities while maintaining high typing speed and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with 3PL providers and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations within the supply chain framework.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills while managing inquiries related to transportation management, freight status, or general customer support.
Skills
- Strong analysis skills for troubleshooting issues related to shipping, freight, or logistics operations.
- Familiarity with data entry procedures; ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently on multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 55.0 per week
