Onsite Administrator (Phoenix AZ)

Administrative duties include

• Reviewing team email inbox multiple times per day
• Saving documents received
• Tracking information in spreadsheets and on dashboards
• Meeting daily with manager
• Meeting multiple times per week with team members
• Reporting to manager on late responses
• Creating letter and email correspondence
• Maintaining calendar events
• Being available via google meetings, chats, or telephone (constant - 15-30 minute increments)
• Managing confidential data
• Other duties assigned

Required Skills:

• MUST HAVE COMPUTER SKILLS,
• experience in high volume roles,
• ability to change tasks frequently,
• flexibility,
• following set workflows,
• Google Suite,
• experience in business software,
• responding to emails and requests quickly.

Preferred Skills:

administrative experience or other administrative certifications.
