This position is in the RESEA department and will cover the Southern Coastal Plains region.

Who You Are

A collaborative engaged professional that will partner with the TWC workforce team and service providers to uplift Texans. You are a senior technical analyst with research skills. You have great communication and organization skills and seeks to become a reemployment services subject matter expert.

What You Will Do

The Reemployment Coordinator (Program Specialist IV) performs highly complex (senior-level) consultative services and technical assistance work. Works under limited supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

You Will Be Trusted To

  • Serve as the local RESEA resource to Board staff and service providers on service delivery, outreach, and training.
  • Become a subject matter expert on local labor market, local community support services and the RESEA program.
  • Conduct touchpoints with RESEA customers utilizing professional etiquette and demeanor

to validate compliance with individual reemployment plans and other RESEA requirements.

  • Conduct research, program assessment, preliminary investigations and prepares reports.
  • Support and presents at RESEA conferences and conducts classroom training and webinars.
  • Assist in developing program policies, procedures, standards, and manuals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

You Qualify With

  • Two years of full-time experience in the development, implementation, or interpretation of policies and procedures in a public or private agency.
  • Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position.

You Are a Great Fit With

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Knowledge of RESEA or other workforce program services, procedures, and policies.
  • Intermediate PowerPoint, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience writing site observation and operations reports.
  • Have great listening skills, and professional, pleasant, and respectful telephone etiquette.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English).

Duty involves up to 30% travel within the state of Texas.

Salary : $5,080 - $5,334
