Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to support inbound warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving, verifying, and documenting incoming shipments while ensuring accuracy in inventory records and product handling.
This role requires flexibility. Standardized hours should not be expected, as operational demand may shift based on volume, staffing, and business needs. Overtime may apply as needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
- Verify quantities against purchase orders and packing lists
- Record and enter receiving data into inventory systems
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to properly stage received product
- Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
- Maintain organized receiving documentation and records
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts
- Ensure safe unloading and handling of inbound deliveries
What You’ll Bring:
- 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Basic understanding of warehouse organization and inventory handling
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred

Work Environment
This role supports First-shift or Second Shift operations and may require flexibility in hours or some limited travel between locations. This role is performed in a warehouse environment in our Grand Prairie location and requires standing, lifting, bending for extended periods during a shift.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
