This full-time on-site role, based in Fort Worth, TX, is for an Assistant Director of Residence Life focusing on Training, Programming, and Assessment. Responsibilities include developing and implementing training programs for residence life staff, coordinating residence hall programs, assessing and improving residence life initiatives, and supporting students in their on-campus living experience. - Experience and knowledge in Residence Life practices and policies
- Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to manage and develop staff
- Experience handling Student Conduct and ensuring adherence to university policies
- Knowledge or experience in Higher Education Administration and Student Affairs
