Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Technician role located in Fort Worth, TX. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair on hydro-excavation and wastewater equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing field service support as required. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the team to ensure equipment operates efficiently and providing excellent customer service throughout all interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair, with a strong focus on hydro-excavation, wastewater, or related equipment is a plus
- Proficient in Troubleshooting technical and mechanical issues
- Skilled in Field Service operations to address client needs effectively
- Strong Customer Service skills to provide professional support and communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment
- Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards
- Must have a drivers license that has been valid for at least three years
