Aftermarket Accessory Counter Sales

Job Summary: The Counter Sales position will be responsible for creating relationships with customers while offering superior customer service. Communicating with knowledge on Aftermarket Accessories such as: Lift/Level Kits, Wheels/Tires, LED Lighting, Bed Covers, Running Boards, Bumpers, Hitches and so much more. Looking for someone that has drive and ambition to help grow and maintain a steady flow of business relations with current and future clients.

Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities):

· Acts with the highest respect for all customers

· Excellent phone etiquette

· Seek to understand customer’s needs

· Communicate accurately with customers and co-workers

· Respond immediately to customer requests and messages

· Maintains excellent attendance and punctuality

· Create a sales relationship with customer to build customer confidence

· Stay current with new products

· Keep constant control of inventory, reducing shrinkage

· Bring new sales ideas and programs to manager

· Work with outside sales to promote business

· Maintain store cleanliness and order

Experience and Requirements:

· Automotive sales experience; minimum 1 year

· Current Driver’s license

. Strong verbal and written communication skills
