Texas Tough Landscapes is a design and install custom landscape company specializing in low-moisture, low-maintenance landscapes.
I am looking for a foreman for my 11 year old landscape design and installation company and need help moving into the Fall season.
I am looking for a proven individual to work under the direction of myself until they can prove they can handle the supervisor responsibilities. If you are there already, great, you'll be able to build a crew soon!
This position requires some hard work like digging and wheel barrow work but also includes detailed work such as masonry and wood work. You will be expected to lead assistants of your own as soon as you can. A minimum of two years of landscaping experience required. All work will have onsite instructions if needed.
This position requires a truck to haul a dump trailer when needed. Additional compensation will be provided for any deliveries.
This is a 30-40 hour work week as I do not work weekends. M-F 9am-5pm. Once working on your own you have the ability to set your schedule and pick up more hours if desired.
No paid time off but very flexible with needed personal time.
I am looking for someone who can communicate well (must speak English).
The most important attributes are: location, hardworking, humble, reliable, trustworthy, honest, respectful, detail oriented.
Everything else is secondary.
Required:
1) 2 Years experience in landscaping or similar work.
2) A truck capable of hauling a dump trailer.
