We are looking for a POSITIVE, hard working sales associate to join our family and help customers find the items they are looking for, along with answering any questions they have during their time shopping in our store.

Responsibilities include:

· Welcoming and greeting customers

· Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service

· Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

· Maintaining a fully stocked store

· Ascertaining customers’ needs and wants

· Recommending and displaying items that match customer needs

· Suggesting new items to customers based on their selections

· Managing point-of-sale processes

· Assisting customers with locating products

· Keeping up to date with product information

· Accurately describing product features and benefits

· Calling other store locations to find items that are not available in the store based on customer requests to try and find the customer the product they are looking for

Requirements:

• Must be 21 or older
• Must be comfortable asking for ID and following FDA regulations as pertains to our industry
• Must be reliable, honest, trustworthy, and humble
• Be able to adapt quickly to different situations
• Have solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Have and maintain exceptional customer service in a fast paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Be friendly, helpful, confident and have engaging personality
• Be energetic and move quickly
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to work as part of a team or individually as needed

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
