Job Description
As a Donation Station Attendant (DSA), donor satisfaction is your number one priority. You must be courteous and respectful when interacting with the donor, keep the donation site clean and organized, and safeguard the donations until they can be picked up by our route drivers.
DSA’s must posses the following skills and attributes:
· Demonstrated customer service skills.
· Strong planning and organizational skills.
· Ability to stand on your feet all day, bend frequently, and lift 50 pounds throughout the entire shift.
· Must be a self-starter, trustworthy, dependable, good relationship builder, solid communicator, and able to work independently to complete all assigned tasks.
The work schedule is from 8AM to 5PM rotating Monday through Thursday and/or Thursday through Sunday. You will be required to open and close the donation trailer each day you work.
Donation Station Attendant’s starting pay is $13 per hour.
