Bachelor's degree in related area required plus five years progressively responsible management experience. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced experience using Microsoft Office applications and a donor database or CRM.

Major/Essential Functions
- Prepares complex reports and special projects for the TTU Office of Advancement Vice President and leadership team.
- Meet with leadership on upcoming projects to set the scope of the project and determine deadlines.
- Analyze and dissect data in a number of ways in order to create summarized reports that are clear to the end user, to include but not limited to tables, charts and graphs.
- Utilize the proper channels to request and verify data provided for accuracy for each project prior to analysis.
- Identify opportunities for enhancements in processes, procedures, and policies.
- Identify trends in data to determine parallels in nationwide data trends to enhance operations.
- Participate as a team member to facilitate the smooth running of a professional office environment.
- Use judgement in use and dissemination of sensitive information within the framework of university and office guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the TTU Office of Advancement, TTUS Institutional Advancement, and colleagues to focus on shared strategic goals.
- Excellent communication, time management, analytical thinking and research skills. Highly organized with high attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
