The Programmer Analyst III's role with TTUHSC Business Affairs is to process and carry analytical and design skills. Produce logic, problem diagnostics, and problem solving skills. Carry an understanding of programming languages, syntax structures, and data management techniques, as well as an understanding of application and database design and development concepts and standards. Utilize web design and development concepts and standards. Needed ability includes exercising judgment based on an understanding of organizational policies and activities.
