What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager - Restaurant position at Texas T-bone Steakhouse?
Ensure high quality of customer service and food. Supervise and coordinate the team memebers in both front and back of the house. Must be a people person and able to speak to customers and handle issues or guests complaints. Assist service and bar staff with tables, food running, and making bar drinks. Point of sale experience is needed. Some kitchen experience or knowledge would beneficial as well.
