Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Engineer role located in Waller, TX. The Engineer will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes, designing/detailing and improving steel fabrication methodologies, and ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, problem-solving to optimize production, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and project specifications. The Engineer will also assist in maintaining equipment and implementing new technology to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in engineering design and technical drawing software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes and manufacturing workflows
- Project management and problem-solving skills, including the ability to implement solutions effectively
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance standards in manufacturing
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required
- Previous experience in steel fabrication or manufacturing industries is preferred
- Ability to navigate and thrive in an on-site environment
